Refund Policy for Honey Bee Privacy

Thank you for choosing Honey Bee Privacy, a SaaS online business providing privacy services. We strive to provide the best services to our customers and ensure their satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where our customers may need to request a refund for their purchases. Hence, we have established the following refund policy for our VPN products, available for three (3) days after the initial purchase, and all other purchased SaaS services that are not eligible for a refund.

VPN Product Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your full subscription VPN product purchase, you may request a refund within three (3) days after the initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The refund request must be submitted within three (3) days after the initial purchase.

2. Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding payment or violation of our Terms of Service.

To request a refund for your VPN product purchase, please contact us at: support ticket with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process the refund if it meets the above conditions. Any refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Trial VPN products are not eligible for a refund.

Non-VPN Product Refunds

Due to the nature of the digital products, all other purchased software services, including but not limited to add-ons, upgrades, and additional subscriptions, are not eligible for a refund. Unless specifically stated otherwise during the purchase, non-refundable products includes: Sitelock (Website Security), SSL Certificates (Digicert), CodeGaurd (Website Backup), Email Spam Filtering (SpamExperts), Website Builder (Weebly), Professional Email (OX App Suite), SEO Tools (Marketgoo). We strongly recommend reviewing the product details and system requirements before making any additional purchases. Trial products are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

Honey Bee Privacy reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our services. Additionally, we will not be able to issue a refund if your product is purchased from a third-party service or distributor.

Modifications

Honey Bee Privacy reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
