Limitations of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HBP and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of WY, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HBP regarding the use of our Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
